Interserve tops out at flagship Sandwell College

Construction of the new Sandwell College in West Bromwich reached a key stage in April 2011 with a ceremony to mark the topping out of the build. Guests celebrating the achievements in the iconic design building project included the Mayor of Sandwell, the Headmaster and management of the current Sandwell College, pupils and parents as well as representatives from both the local authority and Interserve.
